Video: Creating an email signature

An email signature is a personalized block of text and images automatically added to the end of your outgoing emails. Follow the steps below to customize your email signature with text, images, links, and more.
1. Accessing the Settings:
- Open the Contacts menu from the main navigation panel.
- Click on Settings, then select General Settings. Or click here: https://attractwell.com/app/contacts/settings
2. Setting Up Your Email Signature:
In the General Settings section, you will find the Email Signature field. You can use the editor to format your signature, including:
- Text Formatting: Bold, italic, underline, font size, and font family.
- Images: Add images by clicking the image icon and uploading from your computer or linking from the web.
- Links: Insert hyperlinks by clicking the link icon and entering the URL.
- Buttons: Add clickable buttons with links.
- fFiles: Include links to files stored online.
- Videos: Note that videos cannot be directly embedded in the email signature, but you can link to them.
After customizing your signature, click Save.
3. Using Your Email Signature:
Your saved signature will automatically appear in your emails and campaigns.
- Sending an Email: Go to the Dashboard, click Write an Email, and your signature will be automatically appended to the message.
- Campaigns: When sending campaign emails, your signature will be added to each message automatically, even though it won’t show up in the message editor.
Tips for Effective Email Signatures
- Keep it Simple: Use a clean layout with essential information like your name, title, contact details, and company logo.
- Consistent Branding: Ensure the colors, fonts, and style match your overall brand identity.
- Include a Call-to-Action: Add a link to your website, social media profiles, or a recent blog post to engage recipients.
